Deposit RM50/person is required upon Confirmation of Bookings. Non Refundable for Last Minute Cancellation! Remaining Balaces to be paid 7 Days prior date of departure. First Booked First Served basis.

Boat Transfer : Tanjung Leman - Pulau Sibu, is approx 1/2 Hour 船程 1/2 小时

Please Meet Up @ B1 Stall at Tg.Leman Jetty (Please register @ Ticket Counter to purchase your Jetty Fee). We will SMS you the boatman Contact No on your Arrival Day. Please call us for any Special Arrangements / Delays, we would kindly be Ready to assist you.

We, the Resort Operators reserve the Rights to alter any itinerary, substitute a vehicle or cancel a tour due to Unforeseen Operational Conditions.

We, the Resort Operators accept NO Liabilities for any Losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services management, and cannot be held liable for Loss of Baggages or Personal Items, Illness, Injury, or Decease resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.

In the event where Emergency Evacuation is required, the guest is subject to additional charges require for Boat Transfer, Ambulance Services, & etc.

We serve Hot Drinks, Mineral Water, Soft Drinks, Beers, Ala Carte Meals, while you are at our resort. Please check our rates while you are at our resort.

Land Transfers : Johor Bahru 新山 – 丹绒勒曼码头Tanjung Leman Jetty, is approx 1 1/2 Hours each trip 车程 1 1/2 小时

Land Transfers : Kuala Lumpur 吉隆坡 - 丹绒勒曼码头Tanjung Leman Jetty, is approx 5 Hours each trip 车程 5 小时
